We joined in the 1 Day Great Ocean Road and 12 Apostles Tour from Japan! We had unforgettable memories of Melbourne. The weather wasn’t the best but still the view was spectacular!! Also great appreciation to our tour guide Luke! He was such a nice and friendly tour guide, also gave us a lot of information and funny jokes! He was so attentive to everyone, like checking all feel happy for the seating at fist and keep taking care of air conditions and so on. Thank you so much for everything! I definitely recommend this tour!!

Have used SSTA for tours in Sydney and Melbourne and they’ve been spot on every time. All tour guides were great fun and really broke the ice with the groups. The cherry on top of the awesome days we had :) Pick ups were easy, and when we weren’t sure on pick up time the office staff were on hand and super helpful. Definitely recommend penguin plus for the Philip Island tour. Big thanks to Todd and the team for seamless experiences!

The highlight of our trip was our guide/driver Luke! He made the whole trip worthwhile with his humour and power packed energy. It’s a bit of a drive which was made so fun by Luke. We did the 4 day rock to rock tour with Mulgas Adventures and we had the best tour guide Ewel. He was very knowledgeable and kind. Everything we could have asked for! We had a very nice hike every day with everything provided. Sleeping under the stars was definitely a highlight!

AMAZING tour! One of the best tours here in Australia. The driver told us a lot of stories about Melbourne, the great ocean road, and the twelve apostles. He also made sure we arrive before the other tours which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the stops by ourselves. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

I am so glad I did this tour to K'gari with these guys rather than hiring a 4WD and doing it myself. John (the driver and tour guide) was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about K'gari and the conditions including alternative ways to get to the places we were going. K'gari is beautiful and well worth a visit. And if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself, book a tour with these guys and travel in the comfort of an air-conditioned 4WD bus.

Booked 3 Day Kakadu & Litchfield Tour (3KLD) back in 2021 but they wouldn’t offer a refund when all flights were cancelled due to Covid. So we went in 2023 and paid more due to price increases. I have to say the communication wasn’t good. They never sent a confirmation on trip. I had to chase them down via chat. When I did get the confirmation, I saw they got the hotel wrong so as I couldn’t get a hold of them to change we had to walk 14 mins to the other hotel to be picked up. No idea who the tour company was that was doing the trip. No contact details. And they forgot to pass on dietary requirements. Best advise is to avoid these wholesale tour companies and just book with the tour company that does the trip. Territory Expeditions is the company that provided the tour, and they were great.

Day tour to Phillip Island is a MUST for any visitor to Melbourne. The tour includes visiting Moonlit Sanctuary with lots of Australian native animals/plants, Woolamai Beach and the beautiful Nobbies coastline. Of course the highlight of the tour is the sunset penguins parade. We witness hundreds of Little Penguins swimming ashore and waddling up the beach to their hillside nesting area. Although cannot take pictures with them, we have very close encounter when the penguins walking along the boardwalks towards their nests. What an amazing experience!!
